HHIA invites members to support our upcoming annual conference, and to help make the event a success. Volunteers may play a vital role in assisting with registration, session support, and attendee engagement throughout the conference. Join us and be part of a rewarding professional experience!

• Volunteer Responsibilities - Selected volunteers may be assigned to one or more of the following areas based on availability and conference needs:

  • Pre-Conference Setup - welcome bag assembly, stage/room setup, and registration preparation

  • Attendee Registration & Exhibitor Check-In

  • Session Monitoring & Exhibit Hall Support

  • Silent Auction Support

  • General Event Support as Needed

Volunteers should expect to be available and on-site for the full duration of the conference

• What to Expect - the annual conference committee chair will notify accepted volunteers and distribute a schedule of duties and assignments prior to the conference. Approximately one week before the conference, accepted volunteers will receive a full information packet including the venue location and parking information, volunteer schedule, conference map, and emergency contact info.
