The 2026 HHIA Annual Conference is coming in-person to Waikiki on April 23 & 24 to advance health information in Hawai’i, as well as bring together health information professionals, industry partners, and thought leaders for an unforgettable, two-day experience.

This year, we shall set sail under the theme: Hui Mana’o: Gathering Health Information Knowledge One Wave at a Time. This year’s theme reflects the power of coming together to share knowledge, perspectives, and collective wisdom. Through educational sessions, interactive discussions, and partnership opportunities, participants will exchange ideas that support improved data quality, integrity, and better health outcomes for the communities they serve.

Hawaii residents, including non-HHIA members, can save $49 with Early Registration.

*Must present current (not expired) valid Hawaii state-issued photo ID, Hawaii Driver’s License
and/or student/teacher school ID at time of event check-in.
**No CEUs will be awarded for student registrants.

HHIA Member – an AHIMA dues-paying member who has selected Hawaii as their Component Association (CA)

Hawaii Resident – individuals who reside in the State of Hawaii and is able to present a current (not expired) valid Hawaii state issued photo ID, Hawaii Driver’s License and/or student/teacher school ID during the time of event check-in

Student Members – an AHIMA dues-paying student member who has selected Hawaii as their Component Association (CA). No CEUs will be awarded for this ticket type.

Non-Hawaii Residents – individuals who reside in the continental US, and do not reside in the State of Hawaii
